Most of my time at Warby Parker has been spent working on a cross-functional product team focused on customer acquisition through improvements to the Home Try-On shopping flow. More recently I’ve shifted focus to help spearhead a new product team dedicated to customer retention.
Warby Parker is a lifestyle brand selling designer eyewear at an affordable price. Most of my time at Warby Parker has been spent improving the Home Try-On shopping flow on the e-commerce site. In 2017 alone our product team successfully increased new customer growth through the Home Try-On channel by +15% Y/Y. This success was due to new features such as the Home Try-On quiz and the ability to quick add, as well as optimizations to existing areas such as the Homepage. More recently I’ve shifted focus to help spearhead a new product team dedicated to customer retention.
